Do not trust this tire shop!! Charged us an extra $200 over the estimate they gave us, WITHOUT letting us know!!! The general rule is anything 10-20% over an estimate, they should let the customer know! This place simply just charged our card without any authorization of the additional fixes that could have been optional to us.. if we were given that option!!! Just very untrustworthy repair shop! -- unfortunate!
Had a screw in my tire. Got in right away and they were very nice. Fixed it in 10 minutes.
IF THERE WAS A NO STAR REVIEW OPTION ID PUSH THAT. Guy is very rude on the phone when asking about a simple shock install. He replied back saying he wouldn't cuz he won't make money unless i use his parts. Also came in for alignment once just because the shop is close so if i needed to I could walk home after I dropped it off. He said yeah I can do it no problem go ahead and drop it off and ill get to it when I have time. I offered to just wait there at the shop. Expecting it to be a couple hours since he insisted I walk home. He calls no more then 15 mins later to tell me he's finished. Not saying he didn't do the alignment but seemed fishy to me as if he was trying to make a quick buck without doing the work. And after the phone Call the the other day I wouldn't be surprised.
