Dr. Aubrey and staff are awesome! If they don't have the answers, they find them in a timely manner. We just recently took in our Great Dane pups for their first visit and it went smoothly. Dr. Aubrey and Dr. Illg even used our pups in a pic with the Humboldt newspaper, in which we still have 6 that need forever homes. Thank you again for the wonderful care you give Dr. Aubrey and staff, you are truly amazing.
Everyone at Humboldt Vet clinic is caring and helpful every time we go. Harry and Charlie are always happy and feeling good after they leave. Dr. Illg has helped my other two beagles with so much, Barry couldn't walk after a slip on the ice, but after treatments from Dr. Illg he could! He now helps Harry and Charlie walk better and be in better health! We love Humboldt Vet clinic!
I simply do not have enough words to express my gratitude for the excellence of and heartfelt care that my animals have received from Dr. Aubrey, Dr. Illg and their amazing staff over the years. Their honesty and willingness to go above and beyond when a situation requires it (as it has in several instances with my little ones) is unequaled - from contacting other vets and the Iowa State Veterinary School to trying alternative medicine and providing emergency care. They truly understand the importance and love we have for our pets and take the time to develop relationships with them as well as with their owners. They are truly a blessing to this community.

5 years ago my baby (a mini dauschaund) slipped a disc in his back and couldn't walk, we kennel crated him, gave steroids and waited for the best. In the mean time we were given Dr.Illg name for chiropractor, accupunture and laser treatment. We had nothing else to try and took him to Humboldt. He did all 3 and 2 days later while getting his steroid med my baby got up and walked!! Ever since then we decided Humboldt was the best place for him. We go every few months for a treatment and his annual exam. We love Dr Illg and all his staff.
